Rental Properties

The WHA has a variety of rental properties located throughout Whistler. Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom units are available in our Employee Housing inventory. Unit selection is restricted by household size to ensure the inventory is optimized. The WHA inventory includes 13 Accessible and 2 Adaptable units to accommodate the diverse needs of Whistler's active and retired workforce.

AVAILABLE PROPERTIES ARE OFFERED TO ELIGIBLE RENTAL WAITLIST APPLICANTS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
