How to Register for the WHA Purchase Housing Waitlist
Eligible Whistler residents can register with us to purchase a studio, one, two or three bedroom townhouse, duplex or single family home. To be eligible, you must be of legal age, a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and working an average of at least 20 hours per week for a business located within the municipal boundaries. As a Whistler retiree, you are also eligible for restricted housing if you have worked five of the last six years in Whistler prior to ceasing employment. You are required to be pre-approved for a mortgage (and submit documentation) that corresponds to the price range of the type of unit that you are interested in buying. Map Reference #1: 1500 Spring Creek Drive (Bear Ridge)
One, two, and three bedroom townhouses varying in size from 650 to 1700 sq.ft. Located close to an elementary school, daycare, parks, and Valley Trail. Occupancy of these units began in 2003.
Map Reference #2: 2704 Cheakamus Way (Millar’s Ridge)
Studio to three bedroom townhouse, ranging in size from under 600 sq. ft. to just over 1200 sq. ft. Great for families, couples or individuals. Walking distance to park, tennis courts, transit and Valley Trail. Occupancy began in 1997.
Map Reference #3: 2238 Gondola Way (Gondola Six)
Large one and two bedroom units in convenient Creekside location. Constructed in 1997.
Map Reference #4: 2401 Dave Murray Place (Beaver Flats)
Three bedroom duplex units with fireplace and single garage. On Valley Trail and Whistler Creek, near the pedestrian underpass to Creekside Gondola and commercial area. Constructed in 2001. Units are 1329 sq. ft. and 1625 sq.ft.
Map Reference #5: 4815 Glacier Lane (Glacier Ridge)
Two and three bedroom townhouses on Blackcomb near Base II. Built in 1997 these units range in size from 900 sq. ft. to 1200 sq.ft
Map Reference #6: Barnfield Place (Single Family Homes)
23 Single Family homes in a quiet neighbourhood near Alta Lake and Myrtle Phillip Community School. Smaller lots limit maximum size to 1800 sq.ft. Most houses have garages and some have rental suites.
Map Reference #7: 7292 Spruce Grove Lane (Spruce Grove Townhomes)
One, two and two + den townhouses surround a community garden and are adjacent to Fitzimmons Creek, the Valley Trail and Spruce Grove Park. Walking distance to the Village, and Nesters and convenient for transit. Units are 760 sq. ft to 1080 sq. ft.
Map Reference #8: Spruce Grove Circle (Single Family Homes)
10 Single Family homes in a neighbourhood close to the Village. Smaller lots limit maximum size to 2200 sq.ft. Most houses have garages, some have rental suites.

Map Reference #9: 8119 McKeever’s Place (Nineteen Mile Creek)
One, two and three bedroom townhouses close to the High School, Valley Trail, transit and Meadow Park Recreation Complex, and Alpine Market. Great family neighbourhood. Unit sizes from 838 sq. ft.to 1258 sq.ft.
Map Reference# 10: 5151 Nita Lake Drive
One bedroom, one bedroom + den, two bedroom and three bedroom townhouses and duplex units make up this neighbourhood which is great for families, couples or individuals. Stunning views of Whistler Mountain, neighbourhood Valley Trail links pedestrians and bikers to the Creekside. Most units have garages. Occupancy began in 2007
Map Reference #11: 1430 Alpha Lake Road (The Lofts)
Two bedroom suites located south of Whistler Creekside Village in Function Junction. All units in the concrete building have 9ft ceilings, covered decks, lots of storage, secured underground parking and great views . Unit sizes from 700 sq. ft.to 1300 sq.ft.

Two bedroom and loft townhomes in a quiet neighborhood close to Alta Lake and the Valley Trail. These homes are approx 1200 sq ft in size and have garages.

When completed this neighborhood located north of Whistler Village between Alpine and Emerald will include duplexes, single family dwelling, seniors multifamily and a commercial core.

36 two and three bedroom ground orientated townhomes complete with underground parking. Located across from Nesters within walking distance to the village this pedestrian freindly project includes many green building features. Unit sizes range from 1,056 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft
